This is a workshop designed to help you harness the energy of spring and awaken your mind, body, and soul. Spring is a time of renewal and growth, and it provides us with a unique opportunity to gain perspective, insight, and take action towards achieving our goals.
Led by Yoga and Acupuncture practitioners Lindy Burns C-IAYT and ERYT500 and Julia Flaccavento, MAc., LAc. and RYT200, this workshop will guide you through a series of yoga postures and acupuncture points tailored to support your body's response to the season. By supporting your physiology in response to spring, you can reduce seasonal allergies, boost motivation, increase physical activity, and move towards the goals that have been incubating throughout winter.
During the workshop, you will be taken through a dynamic flow of advanced yoga postures, tailored to activate specific acupuncture points that support liver and gallbladder health, as well as other essential organs associated with the spring season. Julia will then enhance your asana practice with acupuncture, helping you achieve a deeper sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.
