Join Youga Yoga for their weekend intensive alongside their current 300 HR trainees. You will receive 15 CEU's upon completion of the weekend. Join Youga for a unique and intense yoga training designed with the student in mind. Curriculum includes but is not limited to anatomy and physiology, asana, psychology of yoga, principles and alignment, and practical application. All attendees must pay in advance. Space is limited.
