Join us in-person or online for a weekend of functional flow, rooted in optimal respiratory and anatomical movement patterns. The practice of yoga asana can physically transform an individual and thus impact their neurological and physiological functioning. Today yoga injuries are on the rise in public classes because of radical range of motion without calibrated stability. Explore how to cultivate fluid tensegrity not only in your practice, but in your teachings.
